Bastille: The British Imagine Dragons

Here at Parasitic Noise, I love to find those emerging artists that i can relate closely to an already established artists to give them some credibility and exposure they deserve. Like, The Dirty Guv'nahs as a lesser known The Black Crowes.

Today, I bring you Bastille, which I find to be suitable for all the Imagine Dragons fans here.

Their song "Pompeii" is a great microcosm for what Bastille can do--epic gang vocals, pounding percussion, anthemic melodies. Check out this tune! Sadly, now they have only announced European tour dates, but hopefully they will come to the U.S. soon.

They played their first gig just two years and have opened for Two Door Cinema Cub and Emeli Sande, two very prominent acts in the UK.
